Structural Draftsman/Technician

Description

The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings and BIM models, collaborating with engineers and ensuring the accuracy and quality of design documentation across a variety of projects.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings and BIM models for concrete and other structural systems using AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Interpret architectural and structural design intent and translate into fully coordinated construction drawings.

  • Work closely with structural engineers to develop structural drawings.

  • Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural) to ensure model and drawing integration.


 


Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in a consulting company (design).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

  • Strong understanding of structural systems, materials and construction detailing.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.


 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with architectural detailing and basic knowledge of architectural design principles.
